What’s in a Name ?

Hello

My name is Audra and I live South of Perth, Western Australia, on aprox

6 acres of land. With my partner (my man ) ,3 children and my daughters

partner.

We have 3 cats ( Remi, Jack and Sabrina )and a dog called Shadow. No other

pets as yet, but plan to have some chickens again soon.

So why did I choose my blog name ?

Because I live on 6 acres and love to do craft.

Crafting has been a part of my life for as long as I remember. My Aunty Lee taught me to sew and draft a pattern for a dress when I was 7.5 years old and my Grandmar taught me to crochet. Over the years there has been many crafts and projects. At the moment I crochet.

On a different note, today would have been my Grandfathers 100 th Birthday. He was born on the 11 th of the 1 st in 1911. Happy Birthday Grandad where ever you may be.xx

Hello world!

Hello world and welcome to my blog.

I hope you will find it interesting and enjoyable. For friends and family I hope it will become a way for you to see what we are up to and why I do not keep in contact as much as I should and want to.

Firstly Sorry!  I did not get Christmas cards out, again, this year like last year. Unfortunatly  between little bit / Harrison and Home schooling Jay I ran out of time. Atleast this year I did get to manage to spring clean the house. Yippy! one of my yearly jobs I like to do but have not got to do since Harrison was born 3 years ago.

I am relatively new to Blogging Land, as I only discovered it around August in 2009. Since then I have discovered many blogs that I enjoy to read regually. Hopefully blogging will help me to become more computer literate.
